Season 1 review:

Written by Chorlton Wheelies at 13:38 4/7-2011

The Chorlton Wheelies first full season in OCM can be considered a success. A total of 3 wins and 4 other results can be held as a significant achievment for the new squad. The dizzy heights of 5-Divison E was reached at one point, and when the season curtain came down, the team was ecstatic with their league position of 399th.

On a personal level, Lancelot Svenson emerged as a serious contender in any Individual Time Trial, whilst the exoerienced Simon Shaint reminded everyone that he still has the legs for victory with 2 comanding wins. Keith Poulinho also chipped in o score valuble points.

Next years aims are to continue to develop the current squad and hopefully spread the results around a few more individuals.
Consolidating the team in 6-Division F would be a worthy objective and try to avoid the second season collapse that alot of teams suffer from once the level of competition ramps up.
